The previous branding did not represent language learning and visually skewed towards youth, while classes were aimed at adult learners.
The school had been long established, with a vast number of reviews from previous and current students online which were scoured to find the attributes that best conveyed learning at Language World.
From this distillation emerged the big three categories of attributes from which the brand was developed:
Quality, Approachable, and Encouraging.
